Serving God is all about taking part in matters close to God's heart.

We create atmospheres of worship, discipleship, and introduction to the Gospel of Jesus.
We love God and want to express that to Him through worship gatherings with every other human who wants to show God some love through song, dance, service, or prayer. The Bible shows us that we first need to introduce people to God through the message of Jesus the Messiah. When a person is converted in their soul to become an adopted child of God, then they need to be discipled (taught) in at least the basic foundations of biblical faith and following Jesus. To that end, we'll collaborate with local bodies of believers to host or facilitate classes in various areas whether online or in person whereby a new believer can become acquainted with their Bible and an understanding of how to interpret it for themselves. We'll collaborate with local bodies of believers to also host worship gatherings which are open to unchurched people as well as for the general worship music addicts. They'll mostly be just the music aspect with a brief 5 minute message that gives people an opportunity to know Jesus more. These may be held at local stores like Your Pie, a coffee house like the Grayson Market, an open square like downtown Monroe, a public use amphitheater like Grayson Park, the parking lot of a church or school, or for weather reasons, inside a friendly non-churchy church building.

People have a built in desire to worship God. Sometimes, they just don't know that yet! We'll introduce them to Jesus. The more they learn of Who God is, why He made us and how He saved us, the more they'll want to worship Him! That's what the underlying theme in all of this is. And once they learn how God wants to reveal Himself to everyone, we hope they'll roll up their sleeves alongside their new church families and go serve Him whether with Isayah 61's ministries, their home church, or on their own.

Serving God is about loving God first and then loving our neighbors as we love ourselves.
